What are the eligibility requirements?
To be eligible for the Small Vtuber Awards the creator must have an average viewership (CCV) of less than 100 in the last 3 months, and less than 10,000 followers on all platforms.
To be eligible for the Fresh Gem award, the creator must have an average viewership (CCV) of less than 10 in the last 3 months and less than 1,000 followers on all platforms.
To be eligible for Absolute Gem award, the creator must exceed the threshold of 100 average viewers (CCV) or 10,000 followers on any platform.
Can I self nominate?
Yes, self nomination is encouraged.
What happens if a creator exceeds eligibility after nomination?
If a creator exceeds eligibility once nominations are closed, they will no longer be eigible for the awards. Final checks are carried out soon after nominations close to ensure all finalists still meet the neccessary requirements.
For this reason, a finalist may have exceeded the threshold requirements.
Am I too small for the Small Vtuber Awards?
There is no such thing as too small for these awards.
Over the last two years, the Small Vtuber Awards has featured creators of a wide variety of sizes, from 2 average viewers to 90 average viewers. What’s important is your content, but it can help to encourage your community to nominate and vote for you!
The Small Vtuber Awards aims to highlight and show off creators, during voting phases each creator has their content featured for voters to find. This is directly shown in the final vote counts, as votes are consistently evenly spread across finalists regardless of size. Please do not let your current community size hold you back from this opportunity.
When will the next announcement or show be?
As the Small Vtuber Awards has grown, so has the workload. As an independent creator, Petri works diligently to ensure the show is of the highest quality achievable, for this reason announcements can take time.

Are PNG vtubers eligible?
All kinds of Vtubers are welcome and eligible, including PNG vtubers, 2D and 3D.
Can previous finalists be nominated again?
Finalists from the last show are not eligible this year, to give others a chance to have the spotlight, however they will be eligible again next year.
Finalists from 2023 will be eligible for 2025, finalists from 2024 will be eligible in 2026.
